Why has my Express Delivery been cancelled?

We are really sorry if you have received notification that your order has been cancelled. There are a few reasons why your order may have been cancelled, this could be due to 3rd party driver availability or unsafe weather conditions which have made it difficult for the drivers to get to store. Please note there could have also been a technical or fulfilment issue at store which has prevented our colleagues from being able to complete your order.
 
If your account has been charged, please contact the Asda Contact Centre.
 
If your order was cancelled before it was due, your trolley will still be available to re-order.
