Why has my order been cancelled?

 

Sometimes there are occasions when we may need to cancel your order. We'll always try our best to get your order to you. But there are times when there’s an issue - such as a problem taking payment, a customer not being at home, or because of other circumstances beyond our control like extreme weather.
On the rare occasion that we have to cancel your order, we'll send you an email or text to let you know. We do not take your payment – this will be in a holding fund at your bank until it’s released back into your account.
If your order was cancelled before it was due, your trolley will still be available to re-order. Simply sign in to your online account to go to Your Orders. Find the relevant order, click Re-order, then continue shopping or checkout.
