What if I have unwanted substitutions?

Your courier cannot accept unwanted substitutions, however if you have unwanted substitutions then you can request a refund online through a self-serve refund on the app or website. 
 
Once your order has been with you for 5 days or more, you can’t request a refund online. If you still need one, please send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
