What is ASDA Express Delivery

Whether you need a weekly shop or simple need a few last-minute essentials, Asda has a new delivery proposition. We have teamed up with 3rd party courier partners (Uber and Gophr) to provide you with groceries on the same day, through our Express Delivery Service.

What are the benefits to me?

  • You select the slot from the next 1-4 hours which says ‘Express’.
  • We will send one of our courier partners to collect your shopping from the store and deliver it directly to your door.
  • We are open 7 days a week – check available slot times at your store on the Asda app or website.
  • There is no minimum or maximum order value, £8.50 delivery charges apply.
  • You can order as many items as you want, from our full range, at the same price you pay for them online and instore.

How do I place an order?

Simply login, fill your basket to see which Express slots are available, Asda will pick your order and hand this over to one of our courier partners.

How is my order fulfilled?

Your order is received in-store, we pick it and pack it, and the relevant courier collects it from our store and delivers straight to you.

What do I do if there's a problem?

How do I check if this service is available to me?

To see if there is an Asda store near you offering this service visit the ASDA website and type your postcode to check your delivery options.

What if I have unwanted substitutions?

Your courier cannot accept unwanted substitutions, however if you have unwanted substitutions then you can raise this through a self-serve refund on the app or website.
