How do I amend my delivery slot?

Change a slot

First, you need to cancel your current recurring slot. Sign in to your online account and select Book a slot. Select the slot you want to cancel and then select Cancel Recurring slot to cancel it. Next, choose the address you want the order to be delivered to. Then, select your new date and time for your delivery slot and when prompted, select the option to make it a recurring slot.


Cancel a slot

To cancel your recurring slot, sign in to your online account where you’ll see your current recurring slot. Select Cancel Recurring slot to cancel it. You can now select and book normal slots as and when you need them. Please be aware if you are cancelling a recurring slot, this will remove all future slots for this time.


What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, your order will be returned to the store and cancelled. We do not take your payment. This is held by your bank and will be released back into your account within 3 to 5 days once cleared.
To re-book your order, simply sign in to your online account, to see Your Orders. Find the relevant order, click Re-order, then continue shopping or checkout.


Can I change my order from a delivery to a collection?

You can do this in your online account. In Your Orders you can swap between delivery and collection provided there are available slots at the store where you placed your order. You can make this change up to the day before your order is due.
