Cancellation and refunding of a Delivery Pass

When you buy a Delivery Pass, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. If you decide to cancel your Delivery Pass inside the 14-day cooling-off period and you have not used it, we will refund the cost in full.
If you decide to cancel your Delivery Pass outside the 14-day cooling-off period or you have used it, we are not able to refund any payments already made. However, if you bought a pay-monthly plan, we won't charge you for any future instalments. 

How to cancel a pass

If you opted for a one-off annual payment for your Delivery Pass and want to cancel it, please call our Customer Service team.
If you opted for a pay-monthly plan and want to cancel it, this is how to do it:
1. Visit the Asda Groceries website.
2. Sign into My Account.
3. 
Under the Your account tab, click on Delivery Pass.
4. 
Click on Cancel Delivery Pass.
