Missing Items

I have missing items, what do I do?

If you received your order less than 4 days ago you can request a refund direct from your online account.

 

This is a quick and easy way to get your money back.

 

Once you have signed into your account select :-

1). Your orders

2). The most recent order

3). View details

4). Request refund

5). Select the item or items you want to refund along with the reason for the refund.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the refund to reach your account. If your order arrived more than 3 days ago, please contact us on 0800 952 6060 and we will be happy to help (calls will be free from a BT landline, calls from other service providers and mobile networks may vary. The Contact Centre is now open from 7am-10.30pm, 7 days a week).
