How do I get a refund?

When you get your order

If you’re not happy with something in your order, the quickest way to get a refund is to hand it straight back to the driver. Or, if you’re collecting from a locker, just leave your unwanted item in the locker. Either way we’ll sort your refund straight away. It usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on your bank. At busy times it may take a little longer.

After you get your order

If it’s within 5 days of your order being delivered or collected, you can request a refund online. If you’re logged in to your account, this takes you to Your Orders. If not, you’ll be prompted to log in to get to Your Orders.
 
If it’s over 5 days since your order was delivered or collected, you can’t request a refund online. Please see Refunds if it’s over 5 days since your delivery or collection.
 
Please note: During the refund process, we may ask you to provide images of the item you are returning. 

Tracking your refund

We try to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. We'll send you an email when it's been done so please keep an eye on your inbox.

You can track your refund request status in Your Orders > View Order. If your refund status says ‘Approved’ and you’ve still not received your refund after 10 days, and you would like to get in touch, please send us an email.
