When you get your order
The quickest way to get a refund if you are not happy with something in your order is to hand it straight back. We’ll let you know where to place your unwanted items so we can accept your return and stay a safe social distance.
Collecting from a locker? Just leave your unwanted item in the locker.
Either way we’ll sort your refund straight away. It usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on your bank. At busy times it may take a little longer.
After you get your order
If it’s within 5 days of your order being delivered or collected, you can request a refund online. If you’re logged in to your account, this takes you to Your Orders. If not, you’ll be asked to log in to get to Your Orders. Once there, you can select Request a refund. You can track your refund request status in Your Orders > View Order. If it’s over 5 days since your order was delivered or collected, please see separate answer.
Once processed, refunds normally take up to 5 days to reach your bank account. However, due to current high volumes, this could take slightly longer than usual. We’re working as quickly as we can to get your refund to you - we'll send you an email when it's been done so please keep an eye on your inbox. You do not need to return the product to store.
