After your shopping has been delivered or collected
If you have already received substitutions and decide later they are not suitable, you can request a refund online in Your Orders. You can do this within 5 days of receiving your order (day 1 is the day of delivery).

When your shopping is delivered or collected
If you don’t want some, or any, of the substitutes, you can return them for a full refund in one of the following ways:
- Delivery – hand the unwanted items back to the driver.
- Click & Collect – give the unwanted items to the Click & Collect colleague.
- Locker collection – leave the unwanted items in the locker.
