Track your home delivery

Once you complete your order and checkout, we'll email you an Order Receipt. We’ll text you once your order is out for delivery, please make sure your phone number is correct in advance of your delivery. We are unable to provide you with a specific time within your delivery slot that your order will arrive.

Track your Click & Collect order

Once you complete your order and checkout, we'll email you an Order Receipt. On the day of your collection, you can track when your order is ready in Your Orders.

  • When you are ready to collect your shopping, click I am on my way in the Asda app. You will not see this button if your collection point is a locker.

  • If you don’t have the app, you can click I am here in your email once you arrive. You will not see this button if your collection point is a locker.

  • Our colleagues will have your shopping ready for your arrival unless you have chosen a locker collection point.

Locker collections

Some of our collection points are lockers. If this is the case for your order, it will state this when you book your Click & Collect slot. Just follow the instructions on locker screen on arrival.
