I can’t find a delivery slot

More and more customers are choosing to shop online at the moment, and we've seen a large increase in demand for home delivery slots. To make it fair for everybody, we’ve had to make some adjustments that mean we can’t always guarantee you’ll be able to book the exact slot you want.

During this busy time, we’re only showing available standard slots up to 14 days ahead to allow us to prioritise our most vulnerable customers. If you can be flexible in when we deliver to you, we would ask you to consider less popular delivery times or try our Click & Collect service.

We update the slots regularly, so when you log in always check for an available slot before you shop. Please note that our Contact Centre team can’t view or book delivery slots for you.
