If you're using an iPad or iPhone, try switching off private browsing. To do this, open Safari on your device, tap the new page button, tap Private, then tap Done.
To clear your cache and cookies open Safari, select the bookmark tab, and you'll see an option to clear your browser history. Or you could try downloading the Asda Groceries app.
