Once we know where you’d like your order to be left we will take additional precautions to pack your order into shopping bags and call you when your order has arrived. Your shopping will be left on the doorstep for you to unpack whilst the driver maintains a safe distance. Our drivers will wear gloves and have been given sanitiser spray to keep themselves and their equipment clean and hygienic.
We’d really appreciate it if you could collect your order as quickly as possible from where it was left so we can continue to deliver our high volumes of orders. If our driver can’t get hold of you within a few minutes, they will return your order to store and cancel it. A refund will automatically be sent to you.
Where possible and you have someone who can do your shopping for you in a store, we have created a Volunteer Shopping Card to allow a contactless way of shopping, essential for reducing risk to our self-isolating customers. Please visit our Volunteer Shopping Card page for more details.
