How do I cancel, change or copy an order?

Cancel an order

You can cancel your grocery order any time up to 10pm the day before the day of delivery or collection.

Here's how:
1. Visit the
 Asda Groceries website.
2. Then click on Sign in and enter your registered email address and password.
3. Click on Your orders.
4. Find the order which you would like to cancel and select View details.
5. Click on Cancel order.

If your order is due to be delivered or collected in 3 days or more and you need some help with the above, please send us an email

Change an order

If you need to add or remove something from your recent grocery order, you can do this via your online account. We will still complete a pre-authorisation of 1p to ensure the card details provided are active each time the order is changed. Please note; the details of the time up to which you are able to change your order will be on your order confirmation email and on the order details page.

1. Visit the Asda Groceries website.
2. Then click on Sign in and enter your registered email address and password.
3. Click on Your orders.
4. Find your recent order and click on Amend order.
5. Add or remove your desired items.
6. When you've completed your shop, select Checkout.

(You will get the chance to review your order from the Order Summary page where you can also change your delivery slot, edit payment and add or edit an eVoucher before placing your order)


That's it, you're done. We'll send an updated order summary to your email address.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address up until the time you confirm your order. After this, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Can I change my delivery to a collection or vice versa?

You can change your delivery method from Home Delivery to Click & Collect, or vice versa, up to the day before your current delivery or collection is due. To do this, you will need to log in to your online account, cancel the relevant order, find a new available time slot, and re-book your order selecting the delivery method you requirePlease note that demand for time slots is currently very high, so we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to book a slot for the same time or same day as your original order.

Can I change the time of my delivery?

Provided there are available slots at the store where you placed your order, you can change the time of your delivery up to the day before your delivery is due. You will be able to see whether there is availability by logging into your online account where you can select an alternative delivery or collection slot.

Copy an order

You can copy items from a previous order and add them to your trolley quickly and easily. To place a new grocery order using a previous order follow these simple steps.

1. Visit the Asda Groceries website.
2. Then click on Sign in and enter your registered email address and password.
3. Click on Your orders.

4. Find the previous order and click on Add order to trolley.
5. A pop-up will appear to confirm your selection, click on Add order to trolley again to confirm.

That's it, your order has been copied. You can now add/remove items or head straight to the checkout if you're ready to place your order.
