A password reset is quick and easy. Here's how to do it:
2. Click on Sign in.
3. Click on ‘Forgotten Password?’
4. Enter your email address, click Next.
5. Choose either text or email option to receive a reset code and click Next.
6. When you get the 6-digit code, enter it and click Next.
7. Enter a new password and click Update Password.
8. Click on Sign in, enter your details and you're ready to shop.
Remember that this will be your new password for Asda Groceries, George.com, and Scan & Go.

It's faster to get your reset code by text. Email can take up to an hour to arrive and can get stuck in a junk or spam folder.
