Can I cancel my Asda Delivery Pass?

Yes you can cancel your Asda Delivery Pass.

 

There is a fourteen day cooling off period which starts when you purchase your Delivery Pass during which you can cancel your Delivery Pass providing you have not used it, and we will refund the cost of the Pass in full. If you exercise this right of cancellation we will refund to you the cost of the Delivery Pass paid to date by making a payment to the account which you have notified to us.

To cancel your Delivery Pass please contact the Asda Contact Centre on 0800 952 6060.

If you want to cancel your Delivery Pass outside of the fourteen day cooling off period, we will not be able to refund any payments we have already received for that Delivery Pass but we will not charge you for future instalments that would have fallen due.

If you do cancel your Asda Delivery Pass you can still place orders on Asda Groceries, but you will have to pay a delivery charge for every order you place.
